Looking for a Hawaii yoga class during your stay on the Big Island? Hawaiian Sanctuary offers a daily open-level yoga experience in the lush jungle of Puna, Hawaii. Whether you’re a retreat guest, local resident, or just passing through, this class invites you to move, breathe, and reset.

Classes take place in our open-air yoga hale, surrounded by tropical plants and natural sounds. Practicing yoga in this serene space helps you connect with your body and the land. Each session includes mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching to support your physical and emotional well-being.

Right now, we are in the process of selecting the teacher for this class. Our retreat center works with skilled and heart-centered instructors who bring their own unique style to every Big Island yoga class. You can expect a safe, inclusive space where you feel welcomed just as you are.

This Puna yoga class is open to all levels. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Just show up, breathe, and let your practice meet you where you are. It’s a beautiful way to start or end your day on the island.
