This weekly gentle yoga class is ideal for all levels — especially beginners, older adults, or anyone feeling stressed, fatigued, or in need of a reset. Held in the serene Grow Room at Hawaiian Sanctuary, Brandi’s classes offer a peaceful blend of mindful movement, restorative yoga, and breath awareness to help you reconnect with your body in a nourishing way.
Brandi brings years of experience in restorative yoga, and holds space with warmth, clarity, and care. Her gentle teaching style meets you where you are, inviting you into a slower rhythm that promotes balance, openness, and healing from the inside out.
