This weekly gentle yoga class is ideal for all levels — especially beginners, older adults, or anyone feeling stressed, fatigued, or in need of a reset. Held in the serene Grow Room at Hawaiian Sanctuary, Brandi’s classes offer a peaceful blend of mindful movement, restorative yoga, and breath awareness to help you reconnect with your body in a nourishing way.

Brandi brings years of experience in prenatal and restorative yoga, and holds space with warmth, clarity, and care. Her gentle teaching style meets you where you are, inviting you into a slower rhythm that promotes balance, openness, and healing from the inside out.
