An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Tuesday, repeating until September 20, 2017
Transforming life through meditation, a study of personal healing with the support of Tibetan Dharma and meditation practice. This series will explore meditation and healing centered around relationships with the help of the Dharma teachings on Emptiness, Anger and Tantra. Along with ancient teachings and meditation, we will explore some parallels with core modern day coaching skills to support our practice. This series on relationships touch upon healing past wounds, transcending anger, expanding on love, and embodying our ideal with our partner.
Tanya Morgan’s passion for Dharma and personal transformation is captured by her path in many ways. Principally, her path as a Life Coach and a dedicated Dharma practitioner since 2002 has brought the inspiration to share this course for others to practice these healing rituals. During her 15 years of study and dedication to authentic Tibetan Mahayana Buddhist teachings, Tanya began training to become a Buddhist teacher at KMC NYC since 2008 (www.meditationinnewyork.org). She has frequented the main Temple in England, as well as traveled to Australia, Berlin, Singapore, Paris, Portugal, upstate NY and Toronto for retreats to receive traditional empowerments.
Bringing in her experience with Dharma and skills as a Life Coach Tanya looks forward to sharing new possibilities for greater ease, healing, connection and empowerment. In addition to being an ICF accredited Life Coach, Tanya is also a dancer (college trained and 8+ years bgirling a.k.a. breakdance), massage therapist, Certified Reiki Master, avid detox/cleanse enthusiast, vegan and a mother. Her passion is also expressed through her focus on coaching teen girls, in particular, to empower youth and women alike. Committed to personal growth and authenticity, Tanya’s empathy has deepened with her 15 years experience as an intuitive healer, through self-healing, the healing of others and even more so becoming a (single) mother.
