Our weekly gentle yoga class is gentle, relaxing, and teaches students how to prevent injuries, as well as restore alignment and flexibility. Restore and renew. All levels welcome.
Bonita has been practicing yoga for almost half a century including hatha, vinyasa flow, kundalini, pranayama, tai chi, qi gong, and yoga therapy.
