Acro Yoga a sport, an art, a game, a movement discipline provides the platform to practice, perform and play as well as teach all that they believe in. AcroYoga, in short, teaches balance as a way of life. It is playful, fun, strength building, communication enhancing and brings people to a safe, empowering method of connecting. There are endless possibilities of creative ways to work together. This activity is accessible to everyone, and you have to experience it yourself to really understand what that feels like!
Mary Chapman is an intuitive explorer of the ongoing relationship of movement, body, balance, and co-creation. She is a seasoned acrobatic-yogini and her work is playful and lighthearted. Maryʼs journey is committed to movement as medicine, helping you move freely and feel better in your body. Her goal is to spread the love of movement and unfold some the bodies mysteries. Mary has trained and explored AcroYoga with a variety of teachers and fellow movers.
Level 1 Beginner Class: 5:00PM-6:30PM
This class is for beginners that are brand new to acro yoga or are still getting comfortable with the basics. All are welcome.
Level 2 Advanced Class: 6:30PM-8:00PM
This class is for participants who must have some previous acroyoga training or experience.
