Applied Permaculture Principles with Scott Laabeck
Explore Permaculture philosophy and learn about its practical application in order to better understand how you can create a more sustainable future for yourself, others, and the Earth.
Scott Laaback, chef and sustainable living expert, has spearheaded Kalani’s Permaculture Program since 2014. Scott has a degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Oregon, and spent nearly a decade as a wildland firefighter and forestry technician before moving to Hawai’i to study and practice Permaculture and alternative agriculture. His work in forestry, the culinary world, Permaculture and edible landscaping, on top of several years of farm work give him a powerful and unique perspective into permaculture design and land management philosophies.
